Rehab to Performance Program – Online

I bet you answered yes to both of those questions and many of our athletes were in the same frustrating position before they started with us.
Unfortunately the same 5-10 mundane exercises won’t prepare you for sport.
This is the path that many athletes take and probably the path you are currently on.
It may get you back to sport with a much longer rehab and you will probably be spending a lot of time sitting on the bench.
You may slowly lose your love for the game and ultimately you may lose your identity of an athlete.
Fortunately, there is another path that has been built from all the mistakes coaches and ACL athletes have made going through the traditional model.
This path builds a stronger, faster and more confident athlete. It ticks all the boxes needed to return to sport at the highest level possible in the fastest time possible.
But it isn’t easy, it requires motivation, consistency and it's definitely not for everyone.
Introducing the Rehab to Performance Program.
This program creates consistency and gives athletes the direction they need.
With constant communication, weekly check ins and individualised rehab session, this program is unlike anything you have seen before.
Initial Consultation (Video Call)
Designed for the athlete and physio to discuss all areas of their current rehab situation. This includes an in-depth injury history, barriers the athlete is facing, athlete assessment and detailed plan of our rehab to performance program. This conversation is the start of an amazing journey together that will ultimately return the athlete to sport.
Rehab Program
You will receive a new strength/field training program every 4-6 weeks via Teambuildr to suit your current rehabilitation phase. Programs are constantly monitored and adapted depending on your injury progression.
Weekly Check-In (15min Phone/Video Call or Voice Message)
The weekly check-in allows the athlete and the coach to connect and discuss the week. This creates accountability and we utilise the information gathered to alter the program if necessary. Starting with calls and progressing into voice messages as the athlete progresses.
Communication Access
Unlike your traditional physiotherapist that is impossible to get a hold of. Our athletes have access to us 5 days a week to ask any questions that may suddenly arise. We use WhatsApp for all communication.
Rehab Testing
Based on your stage of rehabilitation, a testing protocol is critical to firstly determine a baseline and then see progressions throughout the rehab process. Rehab is 100% criteria based, which means the only way to return to sport safely is to pass all tests. We aim to get athletes in the clinic for testing or find a location close to home.
